Established in the month of September 2018, we are a team od developers under the Dept. of CSE, PES University.

Download our official application by the name " Essentials " available for all Android Devices running Android 6.0+ from the Google Play Store.

We also have an app action for the Google Assistant by the name "onCreate() Essentials"

Our Motive

#developTogether

At onCreate(), our sole purpose is to bring like minded people under one roof, and learn and develop together.

We undertake projects and shall provide any necessary help to the club members in the design, development or the deploy fields.

onCreate() can be used as a platform to learn new things about Android or master your skillset and it can always be used as a platform to showcase your presentation and development skills to an amazing set of learners/audience.

Pre-requisites for being a member of the club

According to the university, a member of this club, be a member of the project teams or the core team must be able to design, develop, debug and deploy an Android Application with ease. Any student registering for the club must be familiar with the Android Studio application, and must be able to build, design, debug and deploy a simple "Hello World!" application, distribute a working package of the same. All students are requested to make themselves familiar with Android Studio and also the basics of JAVA Programming.

PES ECELL Shark Tank - Winners (Team Plicly)

Webathon '20 is an Open theme Web Development Hackathon in which the team from onCreate() won the "Best Overall" mention for their project.

The Shark Tank event aims to support entrepreneurship and giving deserving students and young professionals in India a chance to equip themselves to pursue their startup ideas. Team Plicly came first in this event.

Kalpana IOTify - Winners (Team Plicly)

Kalpana is a 24 hour Techno-Humanitarian Make-A-Thon hosted at PES South Campus, by the IEEE Student branch of PESIT, Bangalore. Team Illusion were appreciated for the strategy adopted to solve the problem statement.

inGenius 2020 - Runners up (Team Plicly)

inGenius is a 24 hour hackathon at PES University, Bangalore. Team Plicly were runners up. They bagged a cash prize of INR 5,000/- and USD 300 worth in vouchers.

inGenius 2019 - Winners (Team MATHEST)

inGenius is a 24 hour hackathon at PES University, Bangalore. Team Mathest won the hackathon bagging a cash prize of INR 45,000/- and other cash awards along with an iPad Pro.

UNILEVER - Europe Hackathon 2020 - Winners

Europe Hackathon 2020 was conducted by Unilever India. Our joint team with "Predict This!" deployed a data model that solved the problem statement with absolutely no flaws. The team consisted of 4 people from "Predict This!" and 1 person from "onCreate()". The team has also been asked to implement the same in Croatia.

PanIIT Solve4Bharat Hackathon - Top 10 (Team MATHEST)

Solve4Bharat, the annual 24-hour hackathon by PanIIT in Bengaluru showcased innovation, problem solving, and product development skills. Team Mathest were placed in the top 10 participating teams.
